windows8 on gateway

Please help,

I have a Gateway model NE56R27u and can not find my repair dvd. It is stuck in that repair cycle.

saying preparing automatic repair, then diagnosing you pc and keeps repeating itself.

This is the only windows 8 computer we have. The rest run windows 7.
