Can File Explorer Search for Duplicate Files Ending in (1)

I made a simple but huge mistake trying to restore one file from my backup source, setting it to not write over an existing file but to make a copy of it ending in (1).

I now have many thousands of duplicate files on my hard drive, all ending in (1). They will haunt me for years unless there is some way to automatically find them all so I can delete them.

Help, I goofed!
