My laptop was running a little slower than usual, so I ran a few virus scans. It seems to be running faster now. Since then, I have been getting the RunDll message that says that there is a problem with "C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\System\sysmenu.dll" and "no specific module can be found". This message shows up, usually once, a minute or so after boot up. To correct this problem I have tried the following: ran Malwarebytes, Superantispyware, ADWcleaner, MRT scan, Microsoft Security Scan, ESET online scan and Autoruns...and followed the directions of each scan. I also disabled everything that was running at Startup. These were suggestions that I found on the internet. So far, nothing has fixed the problem. Is there anything else that I can do to stop this message from appearing? My OS is Windows 8.1 (x64). Thanks.
