Hi, was hoping someone could help me. New system to me this windows 8.1 shop where I bought it no help at all.
Bsod with bad pool caller. I removed a recently fitted wireless dongle and it stopped crashing however very often now the disc runs at 100%. Could the dongle have infected my system in any way? I am not very computer literate so any help please could it be made as simple as possible thankyou in advance.
