I have 2 dell pcs, one with win 8..other with 8.1
I have a flash drive, supplied by dell to use on the pc with win 8, enabling resetting to "new" out of box condition.. and it works.
Question: Can this flash drive be used to install win 8 on the new pc with 8.1 , currently on it?
