I'm getting this error whenever I turn on my PC from a cold boot Driver Power State Failure.
I googled this and was advised to check my device manager for any devices that have an exclamation mark against it. None of them do. So I cannot work out what could be causing this problem.
The PC boots up, and you can use the PC for a brief period (anywhere from 10 secs to 1 min) before the BSOD screen appears with DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

p.s. after a restart from this error the PC doesn't crash at all.
