I own a samsung NP530UC laptop, bought about 15 months ago.
at first it was pretty fast, but lately it became slower and slower,
for example, 20 chrome tabs can be really too much for it, up to the point where sometime I have to give it a few seconds just to scroll down a window.
I have WIN 8.1, and as far as I can tell I turned off all the start up programs and services that didn't seem necessary, such as adobe, apple, and I also disabled my antivirus long time ago.
What is causing this and how can I fix this?
