Windows 8 password lost

Hi everyone. This is my first post although I have used this site on many occasions to read guidance.

My problem is that my friend give me her windows 8 MEDION monitor with built in desktop.
A.She has forgotten her password for the account.
B. She didn't create recovery disks
C. she doesn't have a microsoft account associated with this pc

F2 loads bios and things can be changed
F8 does not load safe mode
Cyberlink Recovery appears but error message saying there is no factory image. Contact technical support.

My friend thinks shes got a virus. But without user account/password I don't know what to do next.

Any advice please?
