SSL Connection error on Windows 8

I have a problem accessing the URL below on Windows 8:
https://apps.facebook.com/googlemaptab/

The error I see is "SSL Protocol Error" on Chrome, but the issue is happening in all browsers.

I am running windows 8 with McAfee Central and Firewall.
I have turned off the Virus Checker and Firewall but still see the issue.

Has anybody got a solution for this issue?
