Hi guys,
My laptop has two partitions with Windows XP installed on "C" drive.
I decided to format the "C" drive and installed Window 8 leaving drive "D" untouched with my data.
After installing Window 8, my files can not be opened or copied to other destinations.
The files and folder names have been changed to green.
When I try to open the document I get the following message:Word cannot open the document: user does not have access privileges.
Please help to recover my critical documents!
