task bar

This is the first time I ever seen this. My computer skills are average at best. My problem is this, the top border is blue, that's great, the task bar is blue and purple. Regardless what color I switch to, the top is fine the task bar is allways 2 different colors.
I know how to do screen shot,s I do them them a lot. I would send a screen shot, but I have no clue how to. Thanks, Chuck
