I get error message on my HP laptop that it isn't connected to the internet when it actually is. When i try to print i get a print spooler error message. I've tried repeatedly to start the print spooler but get error message that there are not enough resources available to perform the operation. Stupidly I let some idiot from india take remote control of my computer and he worked on the problem for hours without success. Now it's locked up in Windows Search and Repair scan and has been stuck at 10% for hours. How do I stop that and get back to my desktop? I had already had the computer to local repair shop and all they did was run virus scan apparently. Wasted $110. Now i've wasted another $170.
