My Autistic Son Did Something -

My son, 16 (who's high-functioning Autistic) and I both have the same laptop - Microsoft Windows 8, 64 bit; AMD E-300 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics, AMD64 Family 20 Model 2 Stepping 0

I don't know what he did, but, there's a problem with the RunDLL.
Not long after computer starts up, 3 screens pop up saying:

RunDLL
"There was a problem starting C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\System\SysMenu.dll
The specified module could not be found"...

I don't know how to fix it and need some help...
