Windows 8 Wireless ping spikes

Hello everyone,

I just bought a sony duo 11 tablet a while ago an I've noticed that whenever I'm on wireless, I get random ping spikes (From 40 ms to 200 ms) and it lasts for a couple seconds then disappears. I've tried other wireless at different places and still get the same results. I'm starting to worry that this may be a hardware issue, perhaps the wireless card is not working properly. Any help is greatly appreciated ! I also have all the latest updates for my drivers.

EDIT: I have a Intel(R) Centrino(R) Advanced-N 6235 wireless card and this is what I get when I ping google.com
