Windows 8 is SO different from XP![]()
- especially since I've never owned or used anything like a fancy cell phone, ipad, or tablet!!!
"learning curve" is an understatement!!![]()
But, Set up went smoothly (knock wood) and I am trying to figure out what all the top/bottom/side pop-ups are all about.
My computer does seem to running faster - I haven't done a speed test yet.
I LOVE the way my shop home page looks now. SO much better than the XP. Maybe Etsy doesn't work well with XP anymore? Don't know.
I saved everything on my desktop to the spare hard drive, but I didn't copy any of my Favorites - I'm sure I can do without 99% of them anyway.![]()
So far, so good.
Ooh, got to go - the guy from Charter just arrived to hook me up ... going from a "speed" pf .40 to 30!! Woo-hoo!!
