Not sure this can be answered but will give it a shot, The cd player that is in my 2011 chevy Malibu will not load the disk. Just started this several days ago, until this time never had any problems with it.
I hit the aux. button and it worked to times hasn't worked since, just taking a chance that someone else might have had the same problem.
