Bought this HP computer last year as Windows 8 and subsequently updated it to 8.1. In both versions, the computer freezes multiple times per day while playing Facebook farm games. Ram: 10 gig, 9.8 useable, Processor: AMD FX 6200 six core processor 3.8 GHz, 64 bit OS x64bit processor. When it freezes, must "X" out of FB and start over from desk top page. Sometimes it also freezes in Pogo games as well but not anywhere near as much as FB. I've checked for and updated Windows and checked for driver updates as well. None of the drivers required updates and the system says they are operating normally. The only other symptom is a window pops up sometimes saying that the computer lost Internet connection even though my other computer is still on the Internet (Windows 7). Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated
