several times an hour I get a popup window saying "cleaning recent entries from ie cache. please wait" it holds up whatever program I am trying to use, sometimes for nearly a minute. I don't know why this is happening or how to make it stop. It only started a few days ago after I activated windows defender and downloaded zonealarm firewall. I don't see any settings in either of those programs that would clean up the ie cache and it may just be coincidence. I can't definitely pinpoint this starting with the download of those problems but those are the only changes I've made lately. I've included a screen shot of the popup message.
