I have Windows 8.1. I've lost my start page.I can't get to where I can do a system restore.I've tried everything I know and even asked friends that know more than I.No help.I've tried restarting and get to log in then I get a black screen with only pointer showing.I can access internet by going to task manager,hitting file,typing in homepage then I can go to the right and click on my little house to get me to my homepage and can usually (hopefully) get to where I want to be. This happened about 4 days ago. My windows key on my keyboard doesn't do anything either. My computer is only 1 1/2 yrs. old. It's a Dell. Thank You.
