C:\ Expanded

On Vista I used this shortcut to open the Explorer “C:\Windows\explorer.exe /e, c:\” which used to open the C: expanded and found it very convenient

Using the same in Windows 8.1 does not open the Explorer expanded.

Is there something similar for Windows 8.1?
