I am getting this error that pops up every time I restart or put my computer to sleep that says I have an unsupported 16-bit application.
The error then says, "The program or feature \??\C:\Windows\System32\netsh.exe cannot start or run due to an incompatibility with 64-bit versions of Windows. Please contact the software vendor to ask if a 64-bit Windows compatable version is available"
I also cannot get into the sound menu of my control panel, every other part of the control panel works fine. I don't know if that is related at all.
