The title question pretty much asks it all.
I have a desktop running win 8.1 pro and use File History to create backup of libraries etc to an external drive.
My wife has a laptop running Windows 7 on the network and part of a Homegroup. I wold love to be able to backup some of her files to the same external hard drive using File History, but I don't think this is possible, or if it is I haven't figured out how.
I have included her relevant folders in a library shared with me and visible in Homegroup, but File History does not seem to be able to back it up since the files themselves reside on another computer.
Of course I can physically copy her files to the backup drive periodically, but I like how File History runs quietly in the background.
Any advice? Thanks in advance.
