Hi, so I have a Dell Inspiron 15-3521 with Windows 8. Last night I updated it to Windows 8.1. I got on it today and it was running slow. I downloaded Adobe Flash Player 14, I believe, and Libra Office. I closed my internet and my screen went completely black. I could see my pointer at first, but then it disappeared as well. I tried to restart my computer, but the screen is still black. Can anyone help me?
