Windows 8 Update not installing

Hi Tech Guys, :)

My Windows 8 Update didn't install yesterday & now seems stuck on 'preparing to install',
maybe the same problem it had when trying the free update to 8.1 that didn't work, :rolleyes:

Any advice greatly appreciated,
