I have this program that I want to start with Windows, but it won't.....even though I have that option checked in the program's settings. I thought perhaps putting it in the "start up" folder, as I used to do with these things when I had Windows XP, would make it start up with Windows, but I can't seem to find the "start up" folder in Windows 8.1. Does anyone know of this system still has a "start up" folder and if so, where it is?
