Unlike a lot of the questions on here regarding this problem, I find myself stuck on a blue screen that says "Failure configuring Windows updates, reverting changes" and I cant access my desktop to even begin to try fixing the problem.
I only recently bought this laptop refurbished. Its a Refurbished Grade A2 Samsung 355V5C AMD A8 Windows 8 Laptop in Blue.
To be honest, im not very good at all this tech stuff so could do with a simple answer.
I found shortly before it got stuck reverting changes I couldnt use a lot of the F buttons (F1 F2 F3 ect)
Please help, so stressed!
