I have had a problem with my sound not working, so I initiated a task in task scheduler for it to be triggered every time I start my computer. However, I find that if I shut down instead of hibernate, the sound does not trigger, and I have to go through the whole process to make sure it comes back again which is very frustrating . My question is which of these options should I be using? : Do not start a new instance ; Run a new instance in parallel ; Queue a new instance : or.. stop the existing instance.
All I want is to know that the task will trigger and not fail at start up. I have attached the history of the task, which I hope, will help you find the problem :)
