He was able to set up an administrator's password under his "other user" on the computer but now he has a virus on the computer and has asked me to install AVG Antivirus security for him. Unfortunately, in order to RUN the downloaded security, I need the administrator's password and he has forgotten what he has changed it to. Is there any way he can reset the password or can the password by bypassed in order to clean up his computer? Thanks.
