Hi all,
When I try to access either my microsoft mail or store apps I get the message
we could'nt sign you in..We've detected some suspicious activity with your account. To protect you we've temporarily blocked your access.
I have clicked on the FIX button and followed the instructions to renew my password on several occasions but this has not resolved the issue.
Microsoft support advised me to reinstall the mail app from the store !!! cannot access store!!
I would appreciate any help or advice that could help me to solve this.
