I have purchased a new laptop with Windows 8, my first venture into W*. I don't remember my password to open the computer and need to find out how to get past this. I created a windows account on my other laptop but that didn't help at all. I thought there might be some steps to bypass the password window. can anyone assist or do I have to get professional assistance.
