System Image

Hi All,

I work for a company where all laptops are installed with Windows 8.1 Enterprise and a load of standard software is installed and every laptop is the same. Is it possible for me to get an "image" disk or ISO of the OS and all of its installed software and settings so that I don't have to go through the laborious task of installing everything manually?

I know there are ways with CloneZilla/Symantec Ghost etc but I need something to create a DVD or ISO image of the OS and Software. Any suggestions?
