I have WIndows 8 and ever since i did the AVG tune up I have not been able to connect any devices to my laptop via USB (The Wireless optical mouse/ Printer) at first i thought it was the printer I bought so i had them send me a new one after they talked me through the set up to try and see if I was just missing a step. Then I noticed my mouse would no longer connect and I tried using the disc to re install the mouse and used the disc for the printer and tried downloading the drivers and software form the manufacturers website and still no luck I am running a business that requires my printer so plz help!! also I had traded my original laptop for this one years ago so I dont have the BIOS so cant seem to just wipe it to retore it either...
