I have a Gateway Laptop model NE56R41u
When I boot the PC it says drivers are missing and cannot start up.
I have a set of recovery discs from Gateway;
System Disc
Recovery Disc (1,2,3)
Language Disc
When I insert the System Disc and boot via CD it brings up Gateway Recovery Management and it stays on this screen. It says "Please Wait A Moment" and the mouse icon turns into the loading circle.
Can anyone help me figure out why it freezes here?
ETA: This is what I've attempted in order to get it to work
Removed Battery
Changed RAM position (Interestingly enough, when switching the RAM to the other slot the screen just stays black)
I've waited for 3 hours on this screen
I connected the HDD to my desktop and was able to see all the files. Completely stuck at this point
