I sent a problem with upgrading to Win 8.1 from Win 8. I was informed it was a duplicate booking. This is not the case. The first post stated that I could not update my Windows 8, this was resolved. The second post was that after getting the Win8 updated was resolved, I could still not upgrade to Win8.1 It is not showing in the Store for the free upgrade, it does show a Win 8.1 for purchase. Sorry if I was unclear.
