Windows will go as far as the HP splash screen and freezes. Sometimes it will pop up the messages "Preparing automatic repair" but then it appears to freeze at that point. I can get into the BIOS, but I don't know if changing anything there would help and I don't have the knowledge of what, if anything I should change.
