automatic repair loop and try various ways to fix . need help

I have a window 8 cpu I bought over a year ago from Bestbuy . I ran into an "preparing automatic repair" and "your pc ran into a problem..." loop . I don't have a recovery drive made from this computer . I tried to make a recovery drive on a flash drive from my laptop which has win 8.1 . The usb drive is only 16 gig so I make a recovery drive without copying the recovery partition . I tried to boot from this usb but it still go in to the exact "preparing automatic repair" loop . I have a win 7 recovery disk which I tried to boot, it bring to the black screen with safemode options but when I choose any of those options, the computer become bsod with stop: 0x00000024 error . Is it possible to make a recovery drive with recovery partition from my laptop using an external hdd? I have an hdd I just formatted and try to make recovery drive but the laptop when searching for available storage to make one refuse to recognize it as an acceptable storage . Is there a different
between a thumb size usb and hdd connect to usb port ? I don't know what can I do to fix this automatic repair loop. I tried googling but all require a installation disk .
