Windows 8.1

Hello,

I have an issue with my computer....

1. Windows clipboard has disappeared!
2. I am having problems with things crashing and being slow.... A friend told me to run this scan and fix....C:\WINDOWS\system32>sfc/scannow....i got the following message please see attached.....i do not know how to proceed from here...

i am not a techie!! Thanks in advance
