Upgrading to windows 8.1

need help in this situation!


Previously , I had windows 8.0 and I had a good connection with my office VPN, but when I upgraded to windows 8.1, the VPN connection seemed to be blocked and the either it keep looking, looking and looking. Or finally a message that says that I do not have the permission to log on. On my other Laptop with windows 7 the VPN connection went ok.
