I feel like 7 rather than 70 asking this question...but here goes.....
If I buy a touchscreen monitor for my Windows 8.1 PC, do I just plug it in and become a 'toucher', or is there anything else to do?
I'm guessing the monitor will come with software that will hook into the OS automatically?
Can anybody recommend a 23/26 touchscreen, that won't break the bank?
