File permission

Hey guys

I am trying to remove the metadata off an image, when i hit apply it tells me i need permission from my admin account ... i am logged in as admin.. i have gone into properties and made sure i had full permission but still no luck... i am able to delete the file or rename it, but it wont let me remove the metadata

any ideas?
