Crash but no bsod

Hello all,

Im Joey, I've taken my computer to Microcenter multiple times to try to get my laptop to stop crashing but everytime I get it back within a week it crashes again.

Here is basically what happens. It seems to happen a lot when I play world of warcraft but it does happen outside the game too. Its as if my power cord comes unplugged and my battery is dead. But neither are true, my battery works fine and so does the charger. Ill just be in the middle of something and it just turns off.

I have soluto installed and it usually catches anything that goes wrong with my computer but every time this happens soluto does nothing.

Any help would be much appreciated in finding the cause of why my computer keeps crashing.

Im running the latest Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit
Processor: Intel Core i7-3610QM @ 2.30 GHz
