I was restoring my laptop and it was taking an unusual amount of time and it didn't seem normal so I held the power button down and when I turned it back on it flashes a blue screen that says "Your pc ran into a problem. were just collecting some error info for you. we'll restart ur pc for u" and then it restarts to the logo of gateway but it shows that blue screen all over again!!!! HELP PLEASE!
