W8 Apps Load But Don't Play/Run

Hello and thank you for taking the time to look at myWindows 8 App problem.

To start with before Feb 8 I was able to use my Start screenand launch a game Dominoes and play it with no problem.

Before Feb 8 I had a PC problem (Malware/Infection) and starteda thread with TSG “Malware that I can’t remove”. Maybe half way thru fixing the PC problem I triedto play my Dominoes game and it would not work. My first concern was the PCproblem. The PC problem has been fixed and that thread has been solved.

Now I’d like to fix the App problems. I have found more than just the Dominoes gamenot working. This is happening with App Radio, Movie Planet, EBay, and Bubble Burst just to list a few. But some apps are working just fine, Bodeefit, Great British Chefs, and Mediterranean Recipes.

This is what I have done just using the Dominoes game tostart with. I uninstalled it from the Start screen and uninstalled it in theall apps screen/list. Then went to the store, went to Games clicked Top Freeand clicked the Dominoes game it installed ok. Went to my Start screen andclicked it. This is what has happened the game screen would pop up with thename of the Publisher (just like before Feb 8) and then puff its gone, it goesto the left side and hides. The game never loaded to where I could play it.

I might not have explained this problem with the apps towell and would answer any questions to help fix this problem.
