I have windows 8. Whenever I wanted to download a program, a bar at the bottom of the page came up that ask "Do you want to Run, open or save the program. I would click on run and could download the program. Something happened and I don't know what. I'm new at computers. Now the bar comes up and it says only open and save. A program is telling me to click on the run, but it's not there any longer. I need help to run and download a program.
