Windows / Enter keys

Passing along some info I learned elsewhere.

The top left tile on Start Panel is activated by Enter key.
So that's not a good spot for Shutdown shortcut like I did for awhile.
Or Logoff & Restart shortcuts.

Desktop seems to be a safe tile.
