DPC_Watchdog_Violation freezing my computer

I am at my witts end trying to figure out this BSOD that has been happening since I got my new PC about 3 months ago. The error is a DPC_Watchdog_Violation that seems to only happen when I am using my webcam. I have contacted Dell Chat a ton of times. Even had them check it out remotely. They even sent me a new graphics card thinking that was the issue. Well it is not. I tried to update all the drivers I can think of. The last thing I tried was using an older webcam and just use whatever driver Windows 8 found. It seemed to have worked for a few days but out of the blue my screen froze up while I was using the webcam and the BSOD DPC_Watchdog_Violation happened yet again. I never had these issues on Windows 7. They even told me to reformat and reinstall Windows 8 from scratch. I did that. Still that freakin DPC_Watchdog_Violation error freezes my computer up and restarts. I have no idea what to do. I have read about it mostly being caused by old firmware with an SSD drive. Well I don't have an SSD drive installed in this PC so I can rule that out. Anyone have any thoughts how to stop this error from happening over and over again? Thanks.
