BSOD Help

Hello-

I have an Acer 5M series laptop that I am having tons of problems with. Firstly, when I bought the laptop a year ago, I would occasionally get the BSOD "kernel_data_inpage_error". In December, I started getting the BSOD multiple times a day (2-3x). I took my laptop in to Best Buy to be fixed. They said the operating system was faulty so they reinstalled it and ran their diagnostic tests that came back all cleared of errors.

I've had my laptop back for a little over a week and I am still getting the BSOD (about 1-2x/day). In addition, my laptop is running extremely slow, sometimes when I am surfing the web, it will take a long time for the page to come up (it says, "waiting for cache"), sometimes up to as long as 2 minutes before loading the page, any page. This seems to go in waves. Another example of my laptop running extremely slow (though only intermittently) is when I am working in powerpoint and it is trying to autosave, the program will freeze up (not responding) for up to a minute before it starts working again.

Normally, I would just deal with the slowness but I am in the middle of my graduate studies and absolutely need to be able to surf the internet and work in powerpoint without my laptop freezing up or getting the BSOD.

Please help! I figured I'd try a different approach since I can't afford to leave my laptop with Best Buy for another week and potentially not have the problem fixed. I uploaded my minidumps, though had to split them into two folders because the one was too large, even when zipped. Please let me know what other information you need.

Thanks!
