Apologies if this is in wrong forum but it's difficult to know where to post this plea for help! Previous Graphics Card (Radeon HD 4670) stopped working and I had to install replacement without first removing old driver (windows 8.1, 64 bit). Monitor is 22" generic PnP multi resolution (1680x1050, 1280x1024, etc). Now on boot the system is in 640x480 screen mode and I have to use Catalyst Control Centre to enable 1280x720 which does not survive a power down. Any ideas how I can rectify this please? Most if not all Windows 8 Apps refuse to operate at these resulutions so it's difficult to use PC.
