App Security For Guest Account

Apparently there is little or no security for app tiles (on right-side of the screen. Guests can run any app that was installed in the Public folder as well as many of the administrative type apps. I can go in one-by-one and deny Guest access, but I must have over 100 apps they can access and run. They can even uninstall programs.

It would nice if Windows 8 had set all tiles to deny guest permissions for all of the app tiles and let us turn the few apps we give guest "on."

Does anyone know of a way or a program that you could deny guests access to these app tiles in bulk?
