Can't Connect To One Website

I have a Dell Inspiron 3137 Notebook Running Windows 8.1 and I use Internet Explorer 11. There is one website that I can't connect to, all I get is a blank page. It is a site that I pay my credit card on. Everyone of my other web pages loads properly. I am real good at fixing problems on my computers and numerous other people's computer problem, but I have to admit that this one problem has got the best of me.


This website worked fine on Windows 8, but I upgraded to Windows 8.1.... now it won't load the website. I have everything imaginable, nothing so far has fixed this problem.


I really need some help.... please advise. Thank you.
